We used Botanical Interests seeds, which have all of the care and planting instructions for every seed right on the packaging! The seeds that have germinated and are doing really well for us are spaghetti and honeynut squash, kale, spinach, redfire lettuce, swiss chard, brussels sprouts, kohlrabi and globe turnips!
We have a lot of plans in the future to make our garden look a little prettier but starting a garden can get really overwhelming and be either a huge investment of time, money, or labor or in our case all three! Don’t let the to do list and hard work overwhelm you. Start where you can with what you have!
